We have complete representations in the Algarve and have selected for out client the very best of hotels, have source and agreed the very best of inclusive price packages, and have the ability to organise and arrange golf at any one of the Algarve courses. Due to our constant attention to these matters, we believe that we are able to provide our clients with a unique holiday experience. We cannot be held responsiblee in the event of either non insurance or insifficient cover. There is a whole variety of different insurance packages and levels of cover available, and we are pleased to advise you that we have teamed up with FOGG Travel Insurance Services. FOGG are experts in arranging holiday insurance for residents in the UK including adventure holidays, sport holidays to name but a few. By using this travel insurance you will be able to view fully all of the different typed of holiday insurance available and premium rates etc. FOGG Travel Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Whether there is a need for basic premium rate car hire, or in case of group a larger form of transportation, then these are available through us with our travel partners, Europe Car. Contracted arrangements are in place between us and Europe Car and we jointly endeavour to offer the very best of service at Faro Airport in Portugal. After finalisation of paperwork at the airport, you will be able to collect your car almost immediately. We can make a reservation for all of your car hire requirements at the initial time of booking, and with payment of a small deposit. With our normal trading terms and conditions with Europe Car, the balance of your car hire payment is made locally at Faro. We will issue a car hire voucher that you will take to the Eurpoe Car reservations at Faro Airport. Please advise our travel representatives of any car hire requirement at the time your overall booking is discussed. In recent years there has been a large increase in the number of charter flights that are available into Faro, Portugal. With the introduction of carriers such as Easy Jet and Monarch, there is a much larger choice available to our clients. There also the conventional schedule services availablr through TAP Air Portugal, and GB Airways - British Airways. At Algarve Holidays we use the very latest and state of the arch computerised technology that gives us immediate access to all current and future airlines leaving all UK destinations bound for the Algarve. Some of our clients will ask us to make a reservation for them at the time of booking, and others like to shop around or even wait to see if they are able to make their own arrangements at some future stage. Whatever service level is required by our clients, we are more than happy to be of assistance. At the time initial enquiries and reservations are made, we will be able to advise you at an instant of the current costs and times/availability of all airlines. If your travel arrangements include a flight with us that we have arranged for you, leaving the UK, then you are protected by ATOL. ATOL is the air travel organisers licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 6972. If for any reason we became insolvent after your bookings reservation and payment for flights then you would be refunded any payments made for a holiday that is booked with us. If you are overseas and the same circumstances were to arise, then our ATOL licence will ensure that you are returned to the UK.
